Cancellation/Change Policy

At Aromatrail, we understand that plans can change. You may request to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via email at support@aromatrail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it is treated as a return request, and our return policy will apply.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders shipped outside of the United States; all international sales are final.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. You will be provided with a return shipping label; however, return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the item’s seal is broken or if it has been used, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply, which may increase depending on the extent of use.

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit. Please allow up to two business days for processing after we receive the product.

Shipping Insurance Policy

For your peace of mind, shipping insurance is automatically included with your order to cover any potential loss, damage, or issues during delivery. Should you choose to opt-out of shipping insurance, you assume full responsibility for any problems that may arise once the order leaves our facility. This means you will be liable for handling any issues related to loss, damage, or other delivery problems without recourse to compensation or assistance from Aromatrail.
